The mission of the Community Life Committee is to promote increased participation and Christian fellowship beyond the Sunday Worship service, to ensure activities representing a wide variety of interests, and to administer a mutual care and support system for all church attendees including shut-in and bereavement visitations and any other duties that would increase this congregation's sense of Christian unity. In order to fulfill its mission the committee sponsors various events throughout the year, including the annual booth at Founder's Day , Progressive Dinners, hayrides, Pawsox excursions, Christmas caroling, and the Easter Breakfast.

The committee also sponsors a monthly book club, choosing and discussing a wide variety of books both fiction and non-fiction.
